Indiana / Northeast Indiana
The Warsaw campus has more than 40,000 square foot training space, and is adjacent to US 30. Our facility includes 3 separate shop areas, 3 class rooms and a computer lab. The main carpenter shop area includes a 7,700 square foot wooden deck area where apprentices learn skills that help them compete in the modern day construction industry. There are a multitude of framing projects including wood and light gauge metal, concrete formwork systems, advanced layout, as well as cabinet making and scaffolding components. We have 8 mock rooms set up for projects including acoustical ceilings, interior trim work and commercial door hardware, and ICRA training.

For the millwrights, we have a 10,005 square foot shop area where our millwrights hone their skills in precision instruments, layout, and installation and maintenance of machinery and conveyors, just to name a few. Our Millwrights in this area work in the Automotive Industry, Steel Mills, and other industrial settings, and the training provided at the Warsaw Campus gets them ready for the tasks at hand. This shop also has a large, open, loft area that contains a classroom and the mock ups for the floor coverer training that is conducted here. The dedicated welding shop has 8 welding booths where our members can become AWS certified welders in multiple processes and positions.

We are committed to developing our future leaders and take pride in helping our apprentices and members to be the most productive, safety trained and highly skilled craftsmen in the construction industry.
