Scaffold Refresher

Class Description:

• The Scaffold Refresher class is an 8-hour program designed to provide IKORCC members with a comprehensive review of scaffold safety practices and procedures. This course is for those who have prior experience working with scaffolding and need to refresh their scaffold certification.
• During the class, participants will review key concepts related to scaffold erection, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling. They will learn about the different types of scaffolds, their components, and proper assembly techniques. Emphasis will be placed on understanding load capacities, fall protection measures, and stability requirements.

Tools & Materials:

• Hard Hat, PPE (Gloves, Safety Glasses, Work Boots), Tape Measure, Writing Instruments, Hammer, Scaffold Wrenches

Prerequisites:

• Scaffold Erector Qualification – 40 Hour
