Rigging
Class Description:
- The Rigging class is an extensive 40-hour program designed to provide IKORCC members with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in safe and efficient rigging practices. This course focuses on equipping participants with the expertise required to properly select, inspect, and use rigging equipment for various lifting and moving tasks.
- During the class, IKORCC members will learn about the different types of rigging equipment, including slings, hooks, chains, and wire ropes. They will gain an understanding of load calculations, weight distribution, and center of gravity principles to ensure proper rigging techniques.
