The Muncie campus is over 12,000 square foot in area, including classrooms, administration office, and a student breakroom. Almost 10,000 square foot of the facility is the shop space outfitted with table saws, thickness planers, jointers, band saw, shapers, drill press and a welding booth. Additionally, there are all of the non-stationary power tools and ample materials to perform a multitude of framing projects in both wood and light gauge steel as well as concrete forming systems, scaffolding components and space for advanced layout classes and cabinetmaking.
Finally, the shop space also houses a mock setting for Healthcare Construction training, a space for commercial door hardware systems, solid surface fabrication and fitting station, and an advanced robotic total station layout area for skills enhancement classes.
