Confined Space
Class Description:
- This course provides comprehensive training on working safely in confined spaces, as defined by industry standards and regulations. Participants will learn about the hazards associated with confined spaces, including atmospheric, physical, and biological risks, as well as the necessary precautions and safety procedures to mitigate these risks. Topics covered may include confined space entry permits, atmospheric monitoring, ventilation, personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency response, and rescue procedures. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and case studies, participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to safely enter, work in, and exit confined spaces in compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
