2025 Graduation Ceremony

Schedule:

  • REGISTRATION: 2:30 – 4:30 PM | Near the White River Ballroom
  • HOTEL CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM | JW Marriott Lobby
  • COCKTAIL HOUR: 3:30 – 4:30 PM | Near the White River Ballroom
  • DINNER/GRADUATION: Begins at 4:45 PM | White River Ballroom

Dress Code

Business Casual is required for the event:

  • Sport Coat & Slacks Business Appropriate Suit
  • Business Appropriate Blouse & Slacks
  • Business Appropriate Blouse & Skirt
  • Business Appropriate Dress

An additional stipend check of $100.00 will be mailed to any graduating apprentice who provides proof of purcahse for their attire.

  • Please submit all receipts here: Attire Reimbursement Form
    • Proof of purchase must be submitted no later than October 11th, 2025

The following items are prohibited to be worn at Graduation:

      • Hats
      • Bibs / Overalls
      • Dirty / Stained / Torn Clothing
      • T-Shirts

Tickets:

  • All guests must sign in at the registration tables near the White River Ballroom upon arriving.
  • Tickets are required for entry and must be accessible for scanning, either digitally or in printed form.
